In early 2011, the client began planning to expand their capacity for new hires and this required more desks and cabling infrastructure. The client decided to expand to an additional floor and renovate existing floors. TSI were appointed as the turnkey solution provider to design, manage and implement the 3 phase, floor-by-floor migration project.TSI Primary Roles and Responsibilities: <br>•Technology Implementation Project Management<br> •Structured Cabling System – Design, Supply and Installation <br>•Physical Security System – Design, Supply and Installation <br>•Audio Visual Systems – Design, Supply and Installation <br>•WIFI Equipment – Design, Supply and Installation <br>•UPS Equipment – Supply and Installation <br>•KVM Equipment – Supply and Installation <br>•IT Relocation – Planning and Execution Timeline: 12 Months, 3 migration phases Headlines: <br>• Live Server Room Migration / relocation incorporating carrier circuits and all connectivity and IT hardware over a single weekend. <br>• Front of House AV Suite comprising 8 scenario multi-function rooms, motorized screens, projectors, cameras and blinds. Zero wall mounted controls and fully integrated back-end AMX system using iPad interface. <br>• Phased user migrations utilizing temporary swing space throughout the project.
